What does it entail?

This is informal advice, both for one-man businesses and companies, with the aim to further highlight the accounting, tax and legal frameworks through which the budding entrepreneur will undertake his/her commercial activity.

More to the point, it is about overall feasibility, starting conditions and formalities, different forms of enterprise, financing, drafting of a well-founded business plan, your rights and obligations as an entrepreneur, and so on.

The initial primary advice is NOT: the actual accounting or the processing of tax returns.
